Scope

This privacy notice describes the Plainroute website at flixses.autos as it is built today: a static informational website. It does not provide accounts, checkout, a client dashboard, a subscriber database, a chat function or a server-side contact system. If the site changes materially, this notice should be updated to match the new behaviour.

The site is intended for a general audience seeking travel information. It is not designed to collect sensitive information. Do not send sensitive documents, account information, payment information or special-category personal data through the editorial mail link.

Static hosting and server logs

Like most websites, static hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, request time, requested path, user-agent information and error information in ordinary server logs. Plainroute does not add an application database or a bespoke tracking layer to those requests.

We do not control every operational detail of the hosting provider’s system logs. Such logs are normally used for security, reliability and diagnosing technical issues, subject to the host’s retention practices. We do not use the site to build a behavioural profile of readers.

Cookies and analytics

Plainroute does not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, preference cookies or a local-storage theme setting. There is no analytics service, advertising pixel, remarketing tag or session system installed on this static site.

Third parties may have their own technical handling when your browser requests their services. The absence of a Plainroute analytics system does not remove the browser request made to a remote font, image or content-delivery service described below.

Third-party requests

The pages load Tailwind CSS from the Tailwind Play CDN and typography from Google Fonts. They also load editorial photographs from images.unsplash.com. When your browser loads those resources, the relevant provider receives a request that can include technical information such as your IP address, browser data and the page context, according to its own policies.

Plainroute uses those resources to render the site and does not receive a reader-level analytics feed from them through this implementation. You can use browser settings, content blocking tools or a network configuration to control third-party requests, though that may change how the page appears.

Editorial email

The contact form has a mailto action. It opens your own email program and does not transmit form fields to a Plainroute web server. If you send an email to [email protected], the content, address and metadata are processed by the email services involved in delivering and receiving that message.

We use editorial correspondence to read corrections, answer content and website feedback where appropriate, and maintain an editorial record when needed. We do not use the mailbox as a marketing database. Keep messages limited to the information necessary for your enquiry.

Retention and rights

Editorial emails may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle the correspondence, document a correction or meet ordinary record-keeping needs, then deleted or archived according to practical mailbox administration. Static page visits are not linked by Plainroute to an account profile.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning personal information held by an organisation, and to make a complaint to a relevant data-protection authority. These rights are contextual and may be subject to legal exceptions. To make an editorial-data request, email [email protected] and describe the information and request clearly.

Changes and contact

This notice uses plain language to describe the actual site rather than an imagined service. It should be read with the Terms page, which explains the independent informational nature of Plainroute.

Questions about this notice can be sent to [email protected]. Travel-service questions are not privacy questions for Plainroute; direct them to the operator or authority that holds the relevant travel record.

Scope of this policy

This policy describes a static editorial site. It is not an account service and it does not create a travel record. The pages are intended to be read without signing in. If a visitor chooses the email link on the contact page, their own mail application handles the message and the recipient can see the information they choose to send.

The site cannot control the privacy practices of an external operator, transport authority, font provider, content delivery network or other third-party service. Review the relevant provider's information when following an external link. This publication does not use a contact database to send marketing messages from the page itself.
