01 — What this channel is for
Editorial contact, not a service desk
Write to the Plainroute Editorial team about a correction, an unclear passage, an editorial suggestion, a website-accessibility issue or a general enquiry about the information published here. The most useful correction message includes the page URL, the sentence in question and a source or explanation that helps us review it.
This is not FlixBus customer support. Questions about a specific journey, travel purchase, travel document accepted by a service, baggage claim, refund, change or operational disruption must go to the operator you travelled with. For FlixBus service information, use the FlixBus website — external official source.
Email is read as editorial correspondence. We cannot provide personalised legal, immigration, medical or accessibility advice, and we do not have access to operator records. For current travel details, confirm the relevant official source before you leave.
02 — Send an email
The form opens your mail client.
This static site has no server-side form handling. Submitting the form opens a new email addressed to the editors in your own mail application. If it does not open, use [email protected].
Do not include payment details, account credentials or sensitive documents in a general editorial message.
03 — Before you write
A short checklist helps
For a factual correction, include the page address and identify the specific statement. For a usability issue, say what device or browser you were using and what you expected to happen. For a general content question, tell us the planning stage you are working through rather than sending a full personal itinerary.
We aim to keep the editorial boundary clear. A useful reply may point you to a public source, clarify the purpose of a page or acknowledge a correction. It will not confirm a live service, interpret a provider’s private record or make a travel decision for you.
A precise correction
A useful correction names the page, the heading, and the statement in question. Include the country or city and the date on which you checked the issue. Do not include identity documents, payment details, booking references or private itinerary data. The editors need enough context to investigate, not a record of your whole journey.
Questions about a current service, a booking, a refund, a luggage claim or a disruption must be directed to the operator or relevant authority. The contact address is for editorial corrections, clarity suggestions, accessibility feedback and general questions about the publication.
